Privacy notice
This notice describes how information entered into this demonstration employment enquiry form is used. Before publishing, replace “the recruitment contact” with your legal business name and contact details, and have the notice reviewed for the laws that apply to your operation.
What we collect
Information you choose to provide, including name, date of birth, sex, nationality, current country, education, occupation, job preference, availability, criminal-record declaration, prior U.S. visa answer, visa type, passport number and expiry date, WhatsApp number, and optional email. These include sensitive identity details.
Purpose and recipient
We use these details to review your employment application. If you actively tick the consent box and submit the form, the website creates a prefilled WhatsApp message addressed to the configured recruitment recipient. The website does not send the message automatically: you must review it and press Send inside WhatsApp. Opening the link sends the message text to WhatsApp to populate the composer. Verify the organisation and recipient before continuing. WhatsApp/Meta processes messages under its own terms and privacy policies.
Documents and sensitive information
This form does not upload scans, National ID images, CVs, or other files. It collects a National ID number, passport number, date of birth, and passport expiry date, which are sensitive personal information. The generated WhatsApp message includes the information entered into the form. Do not continue unless you have independently verified the organisation and recipient and are comfortable putting these details in a WhatsApp message. For better privacy, the operator should avoid transmitting full identity numbers through WhatsApp and use a secure, access-controlled collection channel instead.
Storage and retention
This starter project does not send form data to a backend API or write submissions to a database. When the applicant submits, the browser builds a WhatsApp click-to-chat URL containing the prefilled message text and opens WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web. The recipient does not receive the message unless the applicant presses Send. WhatsApp and the browser may process URL/message data, and sent messages may remain in WhatsApp history. Do not put real identity details into test submissions.

Submission is optional. You can decline consent and leave the form. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, contact the recruitment organisation using the contact details that the site operator must add here.
